1. Submit a completed application with any transcripts, recent test scores and report card with $100 registration fee (refunded
only if application or enrollment is denied).
2. If application and other information appears suitable, you will be contacted to schedule an interview.The student and
at least one guardian must be present.
3. Upon approval, student may be accepted on a probationary basis or placed at a suitable grade level.
